1. Brigma.com WebSite reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice by posting the changes to this website.

2. Brigma.com or you may terminate your account and remove your ads or site banner from our Auction listings at any time for any reason.

3. Our fees, if any fees charged for ads posted on Brigma Auction may change with out any further notice.

4. The following types of sites are not allowed to use this service: sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities, sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited email, sites that promote any pornography or adult oriented material (e.g. provocative sexual innuendoes), or any other sites that we deem to be inappropriate.

5. Users acknowledge and agree that their website information may be utilized by us. Brigma.com will not however, sell your email address, deliver advertising to the visitors of your site or attempt to contact visitors to your site.

6. You agree to use our Auction services at your own freewill. Brigma.com Auction ads services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You agree that you have made your own determination regarding the usefulness of the Brigma.com Auction service for your ads. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. We are not liable for damages, resulting from your use of the Brigma Auction ads services, any failure to provide Auction ads services, suspension of Auction ads, or termination of Auction ads. However, we do guarantee the availability of the Auction site for your ads. You also agree not to hold us responsible for data loss or interruption of service that may happen (due to mother nature, which may happen due to thunderstorm and act of any kind that are beyond human control) or should you fail to renew your ads before its’ closing date.

8. Brigma.com must always retain ownership and all rights of our logos, trademarks, Auction ads policy, trade secrets and credits, databases, reports, and our website.

9. If this agreement ever terminates for any reason by Brigma.com or you the advertiser, you agree by all means, to remove our code, logos, trademarks and other items from your entire websites.

10. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and or all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your violation of this agreement or any third-party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation shall survive any termination of this agreement. Our liability will not exceed the purchase price of the Auction ads services.

11. Once a yearly Website Stats subscription payment is made it is final, (if yearly Website Stats subscription payment applies), there will be no refunds unless our Auction ads service is unavailable for more than 60 consecutive days during your yearly subscription membership.

12. We own the data regarding visitors to our website that we collect. We will use the data in compliance with our privacy policy.
